Enrollment and seat reservation policy
Please review this before you continue. By moving forward, the student confirms that this policy was read and accepted.
- To reserve a seat, the student must make an enrollment or reservation payment. That payment secures the selected date and applies to the total course cost.
- If the student cannot attend, a date change may be requested with advance notice and is subject to seat availability.
- If a refund is requested before the course starts, the amount paid is returned minus 10 percent for administrative processing, seat reservation, and operating costs.
- If the student does not show up on the course day without advance notice, the enrollment or reservation payment is non-refundable, although the school may offer rescheduling based on availability.
