- To reserve a seat in the course, the student must make an enrollment or reservation payment. This payment secures the selected date and is applied to the total course cost.
- If the student cannot attend, they may request a date change with prior notice. The change will be subject to seat availability.
- If the student requests a refund before the course begins, the amount paid will be returned minus 10% for administrative processing, seat reservation, and operating costs.
- If the student does not show up on the course day without prior notice, the enrollment or reservation payment is non-refundable, but the school may offer a reschedule depending on availability.
- By making the payment, the student confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.
